When is an Environmental Authority required in Queensland?

Lets start with, what is an Environmental Authority?

An Environmental Authority, also known as an EA, is a mandatory licence from the government allowing you to conduct an Environmentally Relevant Activity (ERA) (see our other post for info on ERA’s).

Therefore, an Environmental Authority is required if you intend to operate any activity defined as an Environmentally Relevant Activity.
