Joshua Riethmuller

DIRECTOR

About Me

I'm Joshua Riethmuller — an environmental scientist and Director of RiethThink Environmental, an advisory firm delivering practical, people-first environmental guidance to the resource and mining sector.

My career has been built at the intersection of environmental compliance, mining operations, and sustainable practice across some of Queensland's most significant resource projects. I've worked with leading industry names including Glencore, Yancoal, Stanmore Resources, and Bowen Coking Coal — leading water and dust sampling programs, developing environmental management plans, managing erosion and sediment controls, and engaging with landholders and cultural heritage stakeholders.

At RiethThink Environmental, I bring that hands-on site experience to help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, strengthen their ESG frameworks, and make decisions that are good for both their operations and the environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Griffith University and have been recognised for academic excellence through the Soil Science Australia Undergraduate Award and Land Degradation Student Bursary Award.

I believe environmental stewardship is more than a compliance obligation — it's a responsibility I bring to everything I do.

WILDLIFE ADVISOR

Amy Roberts

About Me

I'm Amy Roberts — a dedicated Veterinary Nurse with over a decade of hands-on experience caring for animals across all walks of life. From everyday companion animals to complex fauna and wildlife cases, I bring a genuine passion for animal welfare to everything I do.

Over more than ten years in clinical practice, I've developed deep expertise across a wide range of veterinary nursing disciplines — from surgical assistance and patient monitoring through to anaesthesia, diagnostic support, and client education. My experience with fauna and wildlife management sets me apart, giving me a well-rounded understanding of animal behaviour, handling, and care that goes well beyond the clinic floor.

I believe great veterinary nursing is about more than clinical skill — it's about compassion, patience, and building trust with both animals and their owners. Whether I'm supporting a routine procedure or navigating the unique challenges that come with wildlife cases, I show up with the same care and commitment every time.

When I'm not in the clinic, my love for animals doesn't switch off — it's not just my career, it's who I am.
